I work with adolescents and adults who are going through life changes, looking to build stronger coping skills, and wanting to feel more confident in themselves. My approach is client-centred, meaning I focus on what matters most to you and tailor our work together to support your goals in therapy.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on your goals, including:

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

I also recognize the importance of taking a holistic approach to psychotherapy, taking into account the whole person and their unique lived experience.
